The defendant has been proved guilty of public disorder. Umani - you have failed to defend yourself. I find you guilty of robbery. There is no current sentancing guidelines regarding robbery, and I think a first time offender should be punished one day in prison and twenty pounds fine. Furthermore, you are expected to make restitution to Greeneyes of fifty pounds.
Final sentance: one day in prison and seventy pounds. The defendant has been sentenced to prison penalty 1 day. | |
