First defence pleading wrote:
i did not know how much i was supposed to pay him

Prosecutor indictment wrote:
The law is stated in the the Duchy at the courthouse, and on the forums. This should be read before you act upon what you think is correct. I suggest a minimum sentence, though, as it is a first time offence.

Last defence pleading wrote:
so what's gonna happen to me?

CharleDelaTour (called by the prosecutor) wrote:
i don t have anything to say the evidence is there...

Sentence wrote:
Statement of accusation
The defendant has been proved guilty of slavery.
As the crime of Slavery is not denied, the defendant is found guilty.

But since it's was a first offense and the prosecution did not prove that a warning has been sent, the penalty is set to the mminimum of 1 pound (the difference between the wage offered and the minimum wage)
The defendant has been sentenced to 1 pound fine.

Case judged by Lady Vaness
